Safeguarding at West Chadsmoor Family Centre
West Chadsmoor Family Centre is committed to ensuring that all children and families who attend our centre are safe, supported and protected from harm.
We have a comprehensive safeguarding policy and procedures in place, which are reviewed annually and approved by our Board of Trustees. All staff and volunteers receive regular safeguarding training and DBS processes are adhered to.
We operate a clear reporting process for any safeguarding concerns. Our Designated Safeguarding Leads are responsible for managing concerns and working with local safeguarding services where needed.
We aim to provide a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where families feel able to seek help and share concerns. If we believe a child is at risk of harm, we will take appropriate action in line with local safeguarding procedures.
If you have a concern about a child or young person, please speak to a member of staff. If a child is in immediate danger, please contact the emergency services on 999.
A full copy of our safeguarding policy is available on request.
